Yoga teachers will provide all the necessary teaching and guidelines, mats, etc. All that participants need to do is bring their presence and open mind and soul.
So, if you’re looking to engage in some lighthearted conversation with other classmates or just stumble into a class after work, feel free to join us, as we will accept you with our arms wide open.
Yoga gives us strength, flexibility, balance, calmness and health in all physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels, helping us to live with more well-being. Whatever your intention is, come and practice with us, and you will discover all the benefits yoga has.
The classes are longer – usually an hour and a half to two hours, instead of the standard one hour and fifteen, which already sets us apart from others. With us, you'll have a chance to experience something different, probably beyond your expectations.
Many people may feel quite disconnected from their bodies, especially living in the city, as life becomes more and more busy and stressful and it seems that at every opportunity our attention is pulled outside of ourselves. Yoga offers us a way to connect to our body, mind and spirit by moving through a series of postures and connecting to the breath in each moment. In the process, we start to become more present which enriches all areas of our life.
